*The number of participants is limited to 90. Registrations are based on a first-come, first-serve basis following order of paid registrations. No on-site registration possible.

***Lunch seminars and practical demonstrations are part of the course scientific programme and therefore obligatory for registered course participants. Please, note that the programme is subject to change, and will be updated continuously up to the workshop.

The registration fee does not include hotel accommodation.

Terms of Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted until August 1, 2019. Amount of 75€ will be deducted to cover cancellation costs.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

  • All Forms and Abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizers and the Corresponding Author will receive information feedback from the above e-mail address.

REQUIREMENTS TO THE ABSTRACTS:

  • The files should have extension *.doc.
  • The abstract should be submitted in English.
  • Filename should be written with Latin letters in the following order: Name_Surname_Abstract_year.doc (for example: John_Johnson_Abstract_2019.doc).
  • Font: Times New Roman – 12 point for the text and 14 point for the Abstract title.
  • Line Spacing: Single; Double spacing is allowed between Paragraphs.
