All submitted forms and abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee, and feedback will be provided to participants via the correspondence address.Abstract Structure
The abstract should include the following sections:
- Title in English
- Author(s) names and affiliated organization information
- Keywords in English (up to 5 words)
- Abstract text in English (up to 300 words)
- Contact address, email, and telephone information
Technical Requirements
- File format: *.doc or *.docx
- The abstract must be prepared in English
- Filename should be written with Latin letters as follows: Name_Surname_Abstract_2025.doc(x) (Example: John_Johnson_Abstract_2025.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman – 12 point for text, 14 point for abstract title
- Line spacing: Single; Double spacing is allowed between paragraphs
